Yes, our wall clocks run on standard AA batteries (1 or 2 depending on the model). Batteries are not included in the package. Most clocks use a single AA battery and will run for 12–18 months before replacement is needed.

Standard delivery takes 5–9 business days for most locations in India. Larger furniture items such as dining tables or centre tables may take 7–12 business days due to their size and special packaging requirements. Remote pin codes may take slightly longer.

All products are packed with multiple layers of protective foam, bubble wrap, and corrugated cardboard to prevent damage during transit. Larger furniture is additionally wrapped in stretch film. We take packagingseriously  safedelivery is our priority.

If your order arrives damaged, pleaseshare unboxing videoto 9286851466and email us at contact@handicraftstown.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation. Please retain all original packaging for damage claims.

We accept returns within3days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from the product described. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Please initiate a return by emailing contact@handicraftstown.com with photos of the issue.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount is credited back to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer.
