We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is not defective, you can still return it, however the return cost will be on your own expenses.
In case you received defective product we try to arrange reverse pick up through our logistic partner and in case our logistic partner is unable to collect the product,
We request customer to send back the parcel and courier amount is also refunded up to the 15% of the product amount.
